Yes, even the court has cookies. This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) Grudge Court uses and how you control them.
Translations are courtesy; the English version controls.
1. Categories We Use
Essential (always on — no consent required)
Required for the service to function. Cannot be switched off.

Analytics (consent-gated)
Help us understand funnels (case filed → verdict → shared). Server-side telemetry (Application Insights) that does not set marketing cookies is used for product operations.
Marketing / Advertising (consent-gated)
Used to measure ad performance and attribute signups to campaigns:

2. Your Choices
- EU/EEA/UK: marketing and analytics cookies are off by default. Nothing non-essential fires until you click "Accept" in the consent banner. You can change your mind anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- California: use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to opt out of ad-measurement sharing. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically.
- Everyone: your browser can block or delete cookies; essential features may break if you block essential cookies.

Authentication cookie lifetimes are managed by our auth provider, Clerk. Marketing cookies (_fbp, _fbc) are set only after you opt in, and never while a Global Privacy Control / "Do Not Sell or Share" signal is active. Our ad measurement also uses the server-side Meta Conversions API and product telemetry (Application Insights), which do not set additional cookies in your browser. If we later enable Google Ads tags, we will update this inventory before they go live.
